I recognize that there can be challenges connected to who we are as individuals and to our many identities. I invite conversations about identity, history, and social structures into this space.

Cristin
Cristin Bostrom Counselling is located on the westernmost part of Treaty 6 territory.
It is beautiful land and the traditional meeting ground, gathering place, traveling route, and home to Cree, Nakota Sioux, Saulteaux, Dene, Blackfoot, and Métis peoples.
I acknowledge the colonial history of this land and the ways in which I have benefitted, and continue to benefit, from colonialism. I strive to strengthen my understanding of the local Indigenous communities and I commit to reframe my responsibilities to land, to community, and to decolonization.
